The Northwest Angle, Lake of the Woods, area is a premier fishery for Walleye and Muskie. In these pristine border waters you can fish Minnesota and Ontario waters of Lake of the Woods in one afternoon. Catch the excitement of Walleye, Muskie, Northern Pike, Sauger, Smallmouth Bass, Crappies, Jumbo Perch and even Burbot!

Walleye Fishing:
Lake of the Woods is “The Walleye Capital of the World.”   The Northwest Angle and Islands provides some of the best reef fishing around.  The Northwest Angle, Lake of the Woods, has an abundance of structure for fishing both “eaters” and “trophies.”

Muskie & Northern Pike Fishing:
The Northwest Angle, Lake of the Woods, has over 15,000 islands allowing muskie and northern pike fishermen the opportunity to cast a wide variety of bays, weed beds, sandy bays, reefs and island saddles. 

Smallmouth Bass Fishing:
Smallmouth bass put up a great fight for their size.  They can be found on points, boulder shorelines and rocky shoals in the Northwest Angle, Lake of the Woods. 

Crappie Fishing:
The Northwest Angle Lake of the Woods is known for its excellent spring and fall crappie.  Crappie are not only fun to catch, but make a great shore lunch as well.
